Denmark
You need a commercial driver's licence, if you drive a bus, a truck or the like in connection with your profession.

On April 1, 2016 Denmark will allow many foreign driver's licence to be exchanged for a Danish one without the previous requirements of taking expensive driver's education classes and a driving test. These test are usually conducted in Danish so many expats also had to have an interpreter along. Staying in Denmark, just want a driver who can take us to a few local wineries in the afternoon so we can enjoy the region whilst having a few drinks:) A driver for 4 people.
